Description: In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of storm sewer improvements and street construction with approximately the following quantities: o 2,250 LF of 12"-21" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe o 2,350 LF of PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe o 2,960 LF of 6"-8" PVC Watermain Pipe o 5,100 LF of 6" PVC Drain Tile o 8,000 SY of Bituminous Reclamation o 9,580 CY of Common Excavation o 2,760 CY of Class 5 Aggregate Base o 3,510 CY of Class 2 Modified Aggregate Base o 10,525 SY of Geotextile Road Fabric o 8,600 SY of Bituminous Course Mixtures (3.5" Thick) o 5,390 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter Compete with Concrete Driveway Aprons, Sewer and Water Services, Turf Restoration & other Miscellaneous Items Necessary for Municipal Reconstructions Additional Description: All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
