Summary as follows Replace air valve (supply/exhaust). Replace control system as indicated on plans. Replace all existing reheat coil control valves & actuators to match existing. Balance new air valves Reconnect existing disconnect to new air valve. Provide re-commissioning of HVAC system Internally clean all existing supply and exhaust ductwork. College of Southern Nevada Charleston Campus G Bldg. Lab Valve Replacement Project Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/26/2025 05:00:00 PM (PT) Questions Answered and Addendums Due: April 2, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The estimated cost for this project is $700,000.00. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount ("Bid Security") For Projects exceeding $100,000 and upon Notice of Intent to Award, the Successful Bidder must obtain Performance and Payment bonds equivalent to the amount bid. Bonds may be in the format attached or any authorized form from the Bonding Agency. Bonds must be submitted within five days of receiving the Notice of Award. Required bonds and insurance must be furnished prior to the Contract being awarded and becoming binding.
