Raw Water Well Improvements The Project consists of renovating the meter vaults at fourteen well sites located in the City of Laurinburg, including replacing piping and flow meters and reconnecting pressure transmitters. The estimated cost for construction is $312,350. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for Bidding Documents is Duncan Parnell online. Documents may be obtained for a purchase price as listed online. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
