The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting a sources sought to identify vendors capable of performing runway light troubleshooting and repairs IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) under NAICS 238210. To determine a vendor capable of performing the requirement, the 55th Contracting Squadron requires the following documentation- 1) Capabilities Statement 1a. Covering NAICS 238210 and/or Product Service Code (PSC) J062 1b. Highlighting Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) services 2) Past Performance Citations 2a. Referencing ALCMS services under contract with a Department of the Air Force (DAF) entity within the past 5 years 2b. DAF point of contact related to the specific ALCMS services provided in the past performance citation 3) Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) approved Authority To Operate (ATO) on Offutt AFB ALCMS Please send all documentation to SSgt Patrick Pinault at patrick.pinault@us.af.mil and Mr. Casey Hupton at casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil.
