The R.M. of Big Arm, No. 251 is accepting tenders for the hauling and spreading of approximately12,000 cubic yards of road gravel to occur during the period of June 15, 2025 and July 31, 2025. Pit is located on SE 29-27-25 W2. . Tenders to include rate for the hauling and spreading of gravel. The R.M. reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The successful bidder will provide a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan WCB and proof of $2,000,000 liability insurance. Completion date must be no later than July 31, 2025. Please provide a full cost breakdown as well as an potential fuel surcharges and a list of equipment available for this project. Please show all applicable taxes separately.
