Colliers Project Leaders is requesting Pre-Qualification of Civil Works Services for the upcoming project at the Sanitary & Storm Sewer Renewal at Cecil Facer Youth Centre. The scope of work includes the full renewal of the sanitary and storm sewer systems as described within the RFPQ at the Cecil Facer Youth Centre site. This encompasses the installation of approximately 350(m) meters of sanitary sewer main along with associated structures and 1,100(m) meters of storm sewer main with corresponding structures. Additionally, the project involves the replacement of sanitary service connections and storm drainage systems, as well as the restoration of on-site roads and parking areas, including pavement markings. The work will also include site preparation, grubbing, and the replacement of light fixtures and electrical services impacted by the construction activities. Proponents must provide with their Submission a letter confirming bonding capacity signed by the Proponents Surety. The letter shall indicate the Proponents capacity to obtain a 50% performance bond and a 50% labour and material payment bond for projects up to $5,000,000.
