Cenovus Energy Hub will be a dual arena / event center based in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. The Cenovus Energy hub will feature a primary arena with seating up to 2,500, expandable up to 4,500 with floor seats. A second full size indoor ice surface with seating up to 500 and an outdoor ice surface. To support event operations the Cenovus Energy Hub will require an ice rink cover system to host concerts and events in the primary arena. The City is requesting Proposals from qualified proponents to supply and deliver ice cover systems that meet the requirements of this RFP.
