Construction of 50 to 60 units of permanent supportive housing funded through Homeless Action Plan Enhanced. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals inviting proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables for the project has closed. As of Aug 14, 2025, a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide Prime Consultant Architectural Services. Further update in mid-fall 2025, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
