Renovation of a municipal facility in Northampton, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 4, 2025 no bids were received. The General contractor will carry the sub-bid.** The City of Northampton hereby requests sealed bids, in accordance with this Invitation for Bids (IFB), for the installation of eleven (11) automatic-door operators compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), installation of one ADA compliant door lever, and the modification of a door lip to be compliant with the ADA. This work will be conducted at four city owned buildings: City Hall, Memorial Hall, Municipal Building, and the Northampton Senior Center.
