Neshanic Pump Station Mitigation NESHANIC PUMP STATION MITIGATION This Bid is for upgrades to the Township's Neshanic Pump Station by raising the existing wet well/dry well concrete top slab to avoid flooding and related tasks. The project is located at the Neshanic Pump Station located at the intersection of Woodfern Road and Main Street within the Township of Branchburg as shown on the Contract Plans. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and coordination necessary to complete construction of the Project, including construction required to raise the existing top slab of the wet well/dry well, construct modifications to wet well/dry well, electrical conduits and cables, site regrading, demolition of block building, relocation of lean-to, bypass pumping to maintain operation of the pump station, all work as shown on Contract Drawings and as indicated in Contract Specifications and all else required to meet the intent of this project. Related site work and site restoration, including backfill, regrading, stone gravel and pavement as well as soil erosions and sediment control are also included in this Project. Potential respondents are cautioned that they are responding at their own risk if a third party supplied the bid documents as they may or may not be complete. The Township is not responsible for third party supplied documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms contained in the bid package and be in a sealed envelope addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above.
