Description

Demolition and site work for a medical facility in San Antonio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

University Health ("Owner") is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Architectural and Engineering ("A&E") firms pursuant to Subchapter A. Section 2254.004 et. Seq. of the Texas Government Code to perform Architectural & Engineering design services for multiple discipline, multi phased project to include demolition of existing office space and buildout of a Distribution Pharmacy including equipment and furniture planning and coordination at university Health Business Center 3 (BC3) located at 6200 Northwest Parkway, San Antionio, Texas 78249. The selected firm shall perform the services in accordance with the work described in the Scope of Services and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications.
