The proposed work consists of installation amenities at the newly constructed Merced Linear Park ("Heroes Park"). Amenities include solar lighting, relocation of the existing monument sign, solar uplighting for the park monument sign, park signage, exercise equipment, and removable bollards. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $150,000. Project Duration 30 Working Days Time is of the Essence: The Contractor must complete the project no later than June 13, 2025 as this project is funded by the Clean California Local Grant Program (CCLGP) which has set strict deadlines for project completion. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The City further reserves the right to waive immaterial irregularities in any Bid. Any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents may be rejected.
