Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility.

Plans call for the new construction of the City of Bartlesville Yard Sheds. As of March 14th, 2025, a general contractor has not been awarded. An architect has been identified. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released. The undersigned bidder hereby agrees to furnish the required Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Maintenance Bond, and proof of insurance and to enter into a contract within fourteen (14) days after the acceptance of this proposal, and further agrees to complete the work within a period of time not to exceed One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days following receipt of the Owner’s Work Order authorizing the Contractor to commence work.
