Sourcing should prioritize fresh, high-quality, and sustainable ingredients. Proposals should also outline detailed procedures for safe storage, cooking, and transportation of meals, ensuring full compliance with health regulations. Additionally, we require a clear plan for quality control and monitoring, including regular checks, feedback collection, and corrective actions to address any issues related to meal quality, delivery, or dietary compliance. Bidders should clearly demonstrate how these objectives will be met or provide rationale if any cannot be fully achieved. The engagement is anticipated to have a duration of approximately 12 months commencing by 07/01/2025 and ending by 06/30/2026. At the City's option, the term of the Agreement may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The engagement term may be subject to change at the City's sole and absolute discretion.
