Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rialto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Replacement of curb gutters, driveway approaches, sidewalks, curb ramps and all appurtenant work. The Work comprises the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder include traffic control; implementation and maintenance of Best Management Practices; construction survey and monumentation; installation, removal or replacement of curb, gutters, driveway approaches, sidewalks, curb ramps and all appurtenant work on various streets as identified in the construction documents. This project is funded in whole or part by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Engineer's estimate is $145,000.
