This project includes replacing the existing incandescent runway edge and threshold/end lights and transformers for LED runway edge and threshold/end lights on Runway 8-26 and Runway 14-32 at Jacksonville International Airport. It is the sole responsibility of each prospective bidder to assure that the Office of the Manager, Engineering & Construction, is kept informed of his or her current mailing address, telephone number and email address. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that NO DBE participation goals will be prescribed for this project.
