You are invited to submit a proposal to provide hauling of bio-solids from ACC water reclamation facilities to landfills for the Water Reclamation/Athens-Clarke County-Public Utilities Department. The estimated range of this project is between $750,000-1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
