The Work consists of a single contract for the construction of site improvements including approximately 50 acres of site clearing and grading, fencing, storm sewer, bio-retention basins, stone access road, stone parking lots, plantings, and complete site restoration on North America Drive, Town of West Seneca, New York. Intent of project is to provide site preparation for future ECWA service center to be built at a future date. The site has both jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional wetlands. We have authorization to disturb non-jurisdictional wetlands. There is a 10% W/MBE participation goal on this project.
