Route 47, Bridge over Menantico Creek, Contract No. 036163460, Grading, Paving and Structures, Township of Maurice River, City of Millville, Cumberland County; Federal Project No: 0047320, UPC No: 163460, PE No: 0601512, CE No: 0601517 Estimated Completion Date on 12/04/2026 Estimated Range between $10,000,001 to $20,000,000 DBE Goals for this Project 7% Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 4 or 5 Project Labor Agreement Required: No 25103 The principal items of work consist of: Roadway Quantity Unit Description 1,360 LF Construction Barrier Curb 1,100 T Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5 M 64 Base Course 675 LF 18'' Reinforced Concrete Pipe 3 U Manufactured Treatment Device Bridge: Quantity Unit Description 3,800 SF Permanent Sheeting 1,913 LF Concrete -Filled Steel Pipe Pile, Furnished 340 CY Concrete Bridge Deck, HPC 1 LS Structural Steel Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning The Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above. NJDOT: 103 - Grading, Paving and Structures - Route 47 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
