The Township of McNab/Braeside is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for conducting a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of 22 facilities. The assessment will evaluate the physical condition of each facility and facility assets, identify major maintenance needs, and capital requirements. The project will also include developing facility asset inventories. Companies that wish to submit a proposal must register with the Township Public Works Department in order to receive the request for proposal document and to be eligible to submit a proposal. All inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to be directed to the Township Contact specified herein.
