River Road Demolition Project - consists of the demolition of the structure located at 100 River Road, asbestos survey, asbestos abatement as necessary, proper disposal of materials and site restoration. The project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. The project is located in Rices Landing Borough, Greene County, Pennsylvania. ** doc info : Electronic versions of the Bidding Documents are available for the non-refundable fee of fifty-three dollars ($53.00). Both prices include 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. Checks shall be payable to "The EADS Group, Inc.". Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office via mail delivery only. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
