North Pocono School District will receive bids for the Football Stadium Lighting Replacement Project of the North Pocono Football Stadium. Bids are requested for a single prime contract for electrical trades work. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Description of Work: The scope of this project generally includes, but is not limited to; electrical infrastructure upgrades, replacement of under ground feeders (alternatively a new underground duct bank & feeders), associated tie-ins with existing systems, and any and all other work in support of the new stadium lighting systems. The stadium lights are being procured and installed under a separate contract with Musco Lighting via the Pennsylvania State Contract Purchasing Program. The existing light pole towers will be reused. Substantial completion of the work shall be accomplished in 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed with final completion on or before Friday, June 27, 2025. The agreement completion time terms ARE NOT subject to liquidated damages. North Pocono School District reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in the Bidding, or to reject, any or all Bids or parts thereof. This Project is subject to requirements of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012). All contractors shall be responsible for their employees having any and all required stateman dated clearances to perform work on public school grounds.
