STREET PROJECTS 2025 ASPHALT PORTION Pavement planing and surface overlay Restoration of all street markings Installation and repair of catch basins All work within the Village of Ottawa All specifications on file in the Clerk s Office. Each bid shall contain the full name of every person interested in the same, and must be accompanied with a bid guaranty in the form of either a bid guaranty for the full amount of the bid to the satisfaction of said ClerkTreasurer, or a certified check, or a letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10% of the bid estimated at $150,000 payable to the Village of Ottawa, Ohio, as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid with payroll verification slips submitted to the Village Prevailing Wage Coordinator, Julie A. Niese, Clerk-Treasurer. Kyle Stechschulte, Public Works Director, should be contacted for any questions regarding bidding the project. The Village of Ottawa Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in bidding. All questions regarding the construction specifications of this project should be directed to Kyle Stechschulte.
