This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Killingly, Connecticut. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The initial contract will be for four (4) consecutive quarterly sampling/reporting rounds at the locations shown in the contract documents. The sampling will begin in July 2025. All work will be complete and includes reporting to the CT DEEP or other agencies as required. All pricing must include everything necessary to complete the entire project as shown in the plans, specifications and contract documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any proposals if they show any omission, alteration of form, additions not called for, conditional bids, or irregularities of any kind. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals / bids in part or in whole, to waive informalities, to seek clarifications, and to award a Contract, if at all, to the Bidder that the Owner determines is the lowest, responsible and qualified Bidder if the Owner determines it is in the Owner's best interests to do so. This Agreement is for a one-year period beginning on July 1, 2025 and may be extended for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon the same terms and conditions of this Agreement. This proposal reflects a 3% per year increase. Such extensions are at the Town's sole discretion. The Town will notify the CONTRACTOR of the intention to extend this agreement 90 days prior to the termination of this Agreement.
