**As of May 15, 2025, the project was awarded to" kam of florida", with an awarded amount of $676,770.24.** Manatee County Government, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred toas "the County"), will receive proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legalentities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, for the rehabilitation of facility located at3215 9th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205. The rehabilitation work involves but is not limited to,roof and attic repairs, parking lot reseal and restriping, construction of a concrete fence, replacement of the HVAC system, bathroom ADA accessibility, and general interior and exterior wall repairs. The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for furnishing all necessary engineered drawings, permits, materials, equipment, and labor for a complete project, in accordance with the specifications of this Invitation for Bid. This project is funded by a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), as administered through Manatee County. There are federal regulations that apply through the duration of the project's life-cycle including Davis Bacon wage rates and Section 3 reporting.
