Reference Number 0000379911 The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for RFB- Public Safety Office Upfit located in Jacksonville, North Carolina: Job Location Public Safety Building, 200 Marine Blvd. Jacksonville NC This project is for the upfit of the unfinished retail space to an office and training room. This work, includes but is not limited to, structural, mechanical, fire and electrical scopes. Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % NO WEAPONS: There shall be no weapons or guns allowed on City property or private property you are contracted to work at or on. BID BOND: Each Bidder must deposit a five (5%) percent Bid Security with his/her Bid. LICENSURE: BIDDERS must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. BONDS: The successful Bidder, upon award of contract, shall furnish a Payment Bond for 100% of the project price; and a Performance Bond for 100% of the project price.
