The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to contract with professional service providers qualified to provide Litter Removal Services at INLIVIAN communities. The performance period of the contract for services entered into as a result of this solicitation is intended to be for a base period of three (3) years with an option of two (2) additional one (1) year periods for a maximum total of five (5) years, basedon satisfactory performance and mutual consent. Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, facilities, services, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision to furnish commercial-type litter collection/removal services. Contractor shall be responsible to carefully examine the specified contractual obligations and visit the worksites to verify the exact scope of the contract and the conditions under which the contractor will be obligated to perform the work prior to submitting a response to the solicitation. Field observations are encouraged to determine exact locations and boundaries of areas maintained. INLIVIAN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, and to waive informalities. All respondents must agree that proposals be active for a period of at least 120 days (the active proposal period) subsequent to submission, unless otherwise agreed by INLIVIAN with prior written consent. The successful candidate shall be required to possess all applicable licenses, certifications, registrations, insurance and bonding.
