Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder. Contractors must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination in the payment of prevailing federal minimum wages on all public works projects in conformation with the Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division. The City of Norwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.
