Notice is hereby given that Oswego Fire Protection District, Kendall County,IL, will receive sealed bids from interested trade contractors for 07A-1 Roofing work for the Oswego Fire ProtectionDistrict - Station 2 Roof Replacement. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope andlabeled "Oswego Fire Protection District - Fire Station 2 Roof Replacement", the Date and Time of the Bid Opening,the Contractor's Name and Address, and their Trade Package. All Contractors shall use the bid day label providedwith their Bid Form. SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project consists of complete removal of all standing seam roofpanels, louvers, gutters, downspouts, facia and roof related trim and provide installation of new roofing, louvers,gutters, downspouts, facia and trim at Fire Station 2 in Oswego, IL. LampIncorporated will be utilizing for the entire bidding process, including addenda, so all interested biddersmust contact Lamp Incorporated to access theWebsite. All Contractors wishing to bid on this projectmust have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the last year. Contractors'qualification statements are due in Lamp Incorporated's office by 5:00 pm, Tuesday, April 2, 2025. A Bid Bond orCertified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the Bid Form. The successful bidder must furnisha Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid amount, withsureties approved by the owner, and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Thesuccessful bidder is required to pay Prevailing Wage for work under this Contract and shall submit certified payrollrecords in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Oswego Fire Protection District Boardof Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities. This Project is TaxExempt.
