Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrence, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of May 28, 2025, project was awarded to Performance Pipelining Inc., with no awarded amount ** Rehabilitating approximately 3,000 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewers using cured-in-place lining (CIPP), approximately 1,300 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary lateral lining, sewer cleaning, bypass pumping as required, installation of 400 linear feet of new 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer, two partial replacements of sewers, manhole rehabilitation, and associated site restoration. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owners requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance. Questions will be due in writing to the engineer, John Judge, PE (jjudge@structurepoint.com) by 5:00 PM on April 2, 2025. Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work when and as contemplated therein.
