Scope. OFPM is seeking bids to provide, deliver and install a new greenhouse. Greenhouse will be located at the Grounds Shop, 400 SW Van Buren, Topeka, KS. Specifications A. This will be a one-time purchase. B. Required specifications are as follows: -12' x 12' greenhouse -Front and rear auto vents -8mm Twin-Wall Poly-Carbonate roof and side panels -Color: -Brown Stain -Brown Metal Trim -Electrical Package includes -4 waterproof outlets -Fan/chandelier box -x2, 20-amp circuits -Rear auto vent upgraded to rear exhaust fan -x2 overhead LED lights -Double front door -Delivered and fully assembled C. Contractor will be awarded based on lowest cost that fully meets above specifications. D. Approximate delivery date should be included in bid submission. Questions/Addenda: Questions requesting clarification of the bid must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer indicated above: Before the end of the day, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 Answers to questions will be available in the form of an addendum on the Procurement and Contracts' website at online.
