Q&A Deadline 03/27/2025 3:00 PM (PDT) The City of Clovis is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the provision of contract Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services for specified City of Clovis facilities for the period of August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028. The City is requesting a pricing proposal to provide complete turn-key preventative maintenance (PM) services that provides 100% coverage of all labor, parts, and materials as well as emergency services needed to provide ongoing process of sustaining the performance of building systems according to design intent, the owner’s or occupants’ changing needs, and optimum efficiency levels. This contract shall include all ancillary parts needed to sustain a complete and working mechanical system.
