Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Princeton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of May 05, 2025, the project was awarded to Kopplin & Kinas Co Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,843,017.12.** CITY OF PRINCETON is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:HARVARD, S CLINTON, &S HOWARD ST.RECONSTRUCTION The work for which bids are asked includes the following approximatequantities:2,175 LF of sanitary sewer and laterals (6" thru 8" PVC) along with associated sanitary sewer work;2,464 L.F. of water main (6" thru8" PVC) and services; 1,500 LF of storm sewer (4"-24" HDPE) and associated storm structure work;10,650 S.Y. aggregate base and geogrid installation; 3,250 S.Y. topsoil and sodding; 9,000 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 22,950 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 4,310 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; 8,075 S.F. concrete driveway approach; 1,000 LF of epoxy pavement markings; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, and traffic control. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs), and Small Businesses in Rural Areas (SBRAs) to submit bid proposals. A municipality, in awarding prime contracts,and primary contractor, in awarding subcontracts, are required to make a good faith effort to achieve a combined minimum goal of 15%participation for MBE/WBE utilization in accordance with s.NR162.09(3), s.NR 166.12(4), ands.NR 167.18(4) Wis. Admin. Code.If a subcontractor awards subcontracts, these requirements shall apply to the subcontractor. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
