PHA is inviting price competitive Proposals for Hardscape Landscapers with demonstrated experience in Hardscape and Landscape Services including the oversight of demolition, design, permits, and construction. Contractors are sought to submit responses to this For Proposal (RFP) pursuant contract with PHA for construction management services associated with the demolition and construction of a new Peace Park. The Sharswood Community Peace Park is located on parcels of land currently owned by the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA). These parcels are all situated on a block of land in the Sharswood neighborhood of Philadelphia. The Peace park is located on a block bounded by Jefferson Street on the North, Stewart Street on the South and 22nd Street on the West and 23rd Steet on the East.
