Work included under this Project consists of mechanical upgrades to provide improved mechanical conditioning for five rooms on the ground floor of Weisenfluh Dining Hall at Slippery Rock University. Work also consists of associated general construction and electrical scopes of work, related to the new mechanical systems. Slippery Rock University, of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the Mechanical Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 01 31 00, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
