Fish Cleaning Station Replacement The project quantities includes but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:SCOPE OF WORK The City of Fond du Lac is looking to replace the Fish Cleaning Station located at approximately 705 Mohawk Ave,Fond du Lac The Fish Cleaning Station should meet the following requirements, or equal to the Barracuda III Model 6096: o Dual 8 1/2 " grinder inlet chute with grinder protection feature o 3/4 " Sanalite cutting boards that slope to central drainage basin o 60" x 96" overall, with 60" x 96" x 37" high main cutting table o End-mounted, 48" x 20" x 34" high, ADA-compliant cutting table o Adjustable-flow, automatic basin and inlet bowl flush nozzles o Four 60" top-mount, spigot-connected spray hoses o Four duplex 120V GFCI convenience outlets o Welded T304 stainless steel cabinet with leveling feet o Lockable doors and removable front panel for maintenance access o Fully assembled and prepared for shipment o 5HP/230VAC motor with 29:1 gear ratio o Counter-rotating, 60 RPM shafts with 15 hardened cutters o Includes discharge adapter for 6 inch PVC pipe o Should Operate on single or three phase power without a converter o Housed in NEMA 4X enclosures o 2 Start/Stop operator stations o Programmable grinding and post-flush times o Automatic "1st Jam" release o Daily, monthly, and cumulative usage statistics Options: o Lockable Winter Cover o 4" Discharge connection o Freight All bids shall be prepared on the bid forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Bids may not be delivered by facsimile transmission or other telecommunication or electronic means. Each bid envelope shall be properly identified on the face thereof "BID FOR FISH CLEANING STATION, NO. 2025-043". No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after the opening of said bids, without the consent consent of the Deputy Procurement Officer. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any. reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City.
