In general, the project consists of a New Law Enforcement Center / Judicial Center for Pierce County Located in Ellsworth, WI. The new 3 level addition totals approximately 61,588 square feet. Spaces include: Lower Level parking space, Mechanical, Courtrooms, Jury Assembly, Chambers and office, Jury Deliberation, Cleark of Courts, Register in Probate, Court Services, District Attorney Offices, and Victim Witness department. The scope of the project includes all Site Development, Earthwork, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Site Concrete, Landscaping, Foundations, Precast and Steel Structure, Brick Veneer, Aluminum Windows, EPDM Roofing, All Interior Finishes, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage, Security, Detention Equipment, etc... Anticipated Construction Start: June 2025 Anticipated Duration: 17 Months Anticipated Construction Completion: October 2026
