Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Est. Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2025 This project consists of 2 distinct independent phases. The Colonial is a 2-story garden style, 12-unit vacant apartment building in downtown Fargo. This building that has been damaged by fire and needs to be demolished. All hazardous materials will be abated prior to demolition. Abatement will not be part of this proposal. The 14-4 location consists of 14 duplexes on a 2.7-acre site. These buildings were public housing and are part of a HUD section 18 approval allowing for the redevelopment of the location as affordable housing. These buildings were constructed in the 1970's and need to be cleared to allow for the redevelopment of a 65-unit apartment building.
