The Project consists of rehabilitation by Cured-In-Place Pipe method of approximately 12,000 linear feet of underground reinforced concrete sewer interceptor 24-inch to 60-inch in diameter and internal CIPP Point Repairs in approximately 32 sewer sections of reinforced concrete pipe 24-inch to 72-inch in diameter at various locations in Cobb County Question Submission Deadline: April 15, 2025, 5:00pm All questions must be submitted through the Countys eProcurement Portal at electronic . Question Deadline extended until April 22, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond prepared on accepted form, duly executed by the bidder, in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid and scanned in with their bid through the eProcurement Portal. The successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be for the best interest of Owner. Owner has the right to add to and delete from the contract once it has been awarded. Award, if award is made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
