Box and Cover Are Required to Conform to All Test Provisions of the Most Current Ansi/scte 77 "Specification for Underground Enclosure Intergrity" for Tier 15. The Load Rating, "Electric" Logo , and Identification of the Manufacturer Shall Be Permantly Mokded or Engraved Onto the Top Surface of the Enclosure Cover. The Cover Shall Have a Minimum Coefficient Of Friction of .50 and Also Include Provisions for Lift Hooks. The Enclosure Shall Be Equipped With Self-centering or Floating Stainless Steel Nuts and the Cover Fastened to the Enclosure With Stainless Steel 1/2" Penta Head Bolts.
