Contractors to Bid the Following for the New Public Works Building: o Plumbing o Electrical o Hvac o Concrete o Septic System Contractors May Pick Up Furnishing of Work And Materials for the Work to Be Completed on the Public Works Building. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, or to Waive Any Irregularities in Any Bid, Or to Accept Any Bid Which Will Best Serve the Interests of the City. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days. The Work Will Be Awarded Pursuant to a Lowest Responsible Bidder Selection Method. The Lowest Responsible Bidder Does Not Mean the Lowest Bidder, but the Lowest Bidder Who is Most Likely to Do Faithful, Conscientious Work and Promptly Fulfill the Contract According To Its Letter and Spirit.
