Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and transportation facility.
The estimated cost of the trade contractors' portion of this phase of the Project is approximately $22,110,000 and the construction duration for this phase is approximately 72 months. Scope of work Qualifications are being solicited for phase 1 of the project which includes the preliminary scope to support the future installation of a multi-level, approximately 5,000 space parking garage at the location of the existing Terminal E hourly surface parking & limo lot. Phase 1 also includes the procurement of long lead elevator/horizontal moving walkways to be furnished and installed for the future construction of the above-mentioned Noth Parking Garage. The proposed garage includes construction of approximately 725,000 square feet precast parking garage consisting of 10 levels and will connect to the walkway for pedestrian access on Level 4. The garage will also include pedestrian circulation accommodations, including several pedestrian bridges that connects Terminal E and Terminal C to the Garage complex. The total estimated cost of Phase 1 is approximately $20,000,000 and the estimated cost for all phases is approximately $800,000,000. The construction duration for all phases is approximately 72 MONTHS. The notice to proceed for construction was in JUNE 2024.
