PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND: The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to obtain a fixed price bid one time award to furnish Gravel, Road Fabric delivered and installed in the 8100 Square Foot parking lot at Hayfields State Park, 524 Hayfields Lane, McDowell, Virginia 24453. House/Office Parking Area. II. SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS: The qualified supplier shall provide, equipment, labor and supplies as specified below and delivery FOB destination to, Hayfields State Park a member of the state park system managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation following specifications listed below: A. Site Service Location: Hayfields State Park 524 Hayfields Lane McDowell, Virginia 24453 d. Contractor shall provide, deliver and spread a minimum of (3) three inches of 21A cap stone. e. Contractor shall install fabric, deliver and spread the base stone by April 21, 2025. f. Contractor shall deliver complete no later than thirty (30) days of award of the bid or May 30, 2025, whichever is the latest. All weather delays shall be coordinated with park and approved in advance. g. Contractor shall invoice immediately upon completion of the work. h. Contractor shall bid stone delivered price per ton. i. Contractor shall tailgate spread product where specified by park.
