In the opinion of The Department of Parks and Recreation, this invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation. The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to prune and or trim trees. All pruning and trimming will be done in accordance with state specifications. Because of the nature of this project the tree count, and tree locations are approximate; therefore, a pre-bid walk-through of all bidding contractors is mandatory. The contractor will be responsible to verify the tree count and locations. The completed work shall be clean, sanitary, safe, presentable, and ready for the use intended purpose. Contractor shall legally haul away all debris and dispose of off state park property. Contractor will provide necessary precautionary equipment needed to make sure public is notified and safe during pruning/trimming project. Contractor will notify project manager prior to starting any work and during the term of the project. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide Orange Coast Tree Trimming Services. See Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Specifications for details. The full specifications are outlined in the Project Manual marked Exhibit D, Attachment 1, included as part of this bid booklet which may be accessed on-line at website, under current bid name "C24925024 - Orange Coast Tree Trimming Services". Because of the nature of this project all linear footage, dimensions and locations of areas are approximate; therefore, a pre-bid walk through of all bidding contractors is mandatory. Answers will be provided by Addendum which will be posted, April 3, 2025, within the Bid Solicitation located on the CaleProcure website stated above.
