Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the three different projects included in the 2025 Dayton Parks Improvement Package. Major components of the work include: #3. Concrete curbing 7. Park shelter 8. Custom entrance gate 9. Masonry exterior wall and fireplace 10. Site furnishings 11. Turfgrass seeding 12. Landscape planting including trees, shrubs, and perennials Work shall begin after May 1st, 2025 and be substantially completed by November 30th, 2025. Each bidder shall submit as a general contractor and partial bids are not allowed. You shall retain sub-contractors as needed to provide the full services required of the project.
