Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dayton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the three different projects included in the 2025 Dayton Parks Improvement Package. Major components of the work include: #3. Elsie Stephens Special Use Park - Phase III 1. Limited demolition and removals 2. Earthwork and final grading 3. Limited drainage and storm sewer 4. Asphalt trails 5. Asphalt paved roadways 6. Concrete curbing 7. Park shelter 8. Custom entrance gate 9. Masonry exterior wall and fireplace 10. Site furnishings 11. Turfgrass seeding 12. Landscape planting including trees, shrubs, and perennials Work shall begin after May 1st, 2025 and be substantially completed by November 30th, 2025. Each bidder shall submit as a general contractor and partial bids are not allowed. You shall retain sub-contractors as needed to provide the full services required of the project. The City will engage in only one contract to complete this work. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the Project Manual and Construction Documents dated March 31st, 2025. The City of Dayton reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Dayton.
