Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Plattsburgh, New York. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a 124,673-square-foot, 12-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Contract Number: 111084-00 The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Demolish Banks and Adirondack Residence Halls project at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. The Project includes the demolition of both Banks and Adirondack Halls which are concrete and brick structures. The work includes cut and capping exiting utilities at the source, removal of mechanical equipment, and protection of existing underground utilities, earthwork, planting, landscaping, and walkways.
