The Town of Farmington is seeking qualified, state-licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services at various Town owned buildings on an as needed basis. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items or the total bid and to waive any or all informalities or technical defects, if it is deemed by the Town to be in its best interest to do so. Bids will not be accepted by facsimile or e-mail. The successful bidder is required to comply with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, Executive Orders 3, 17, 11246, 11375, 11478 and, if applicable, the Connecticut Fair Employment Practice Law.
