Renovation of a municipal facility in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of April 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 15, 2025. The City of Fairview Heights is accepting sealed bids for the City Hall Flooring Replacement . A certified or cashier's check or bid bond executed by Bidder and approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal. A successful bidder shall forfeit any surety required by the City of Fairview Heights upon failure on the bidder's part to enter into a contract within 10 days after the award of such contract(s). The City of Fairview Heights reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any inconsistencies or informalities and to select the bid that best meets the requirements of the project. Additional information may be obtained by contacting the Public Works Department at 618-489-2020. All labor for this contract will be covered by the Prevailing Wage Act and certified payroll will be required weekly submittal.
