Construction stakesfor detention basin will include a lath with corresponding label (location, relevance, cut/fill, etc.) as appropriate and will be provided at the following locations during three (3) site visits: First Visit o Construction stakes for detention basin will include staking the top of bank and ties to the toe of slope. o Stakes are provided for top of banks with a dimension to the toe of slope with a 25 offset (including hub) and a 35 offset for line only. Second Visit o Construction stakes for detention basin will include staking the storm outfalls flowlines and the detention center pilot channel if applicable. o Stakes are provided for the flowlines with corresponding label (location, relevance, cut/fill, etc.) with a 25 offset (including hub) and a 35 line only. o Stakes are provided at the detention center pilot channel with label (location, relevance, etc.) with a 25offset (including hub) and a 35 offset for line only. Third Visit o Construction stakes for detention basin will include staking the storm outfalls slope pavement and extreme event overflow, when applicable. o Staked are provided for the flowlines with corresponding label (location, relevance, etc.) at the concrete structure corner and points of vertical intersection with a 25 offset (including hub) and a 35 offset for line only.
