The Richland Center Housing Authority invites qualified bidders to submit a bid for replacement of roof system at the Richland Hills Apartments. This project is subject to federal wage rates. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Project consists of the construction of Architectural Services for Roof Replacement at the Richland Hills Apt, an existing 2 story apartment building. E. Project Timeline - It is the intent of the Owner to have the Contractor begin work by the week of May 12, 2025 after the awarding and Contractor signing of contract.
